Doritos teams up with Stranger Things for limited-edition flavours ahead of final season

Doritos has announced a new partnership with Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things, bringing fans limited-edition flavours and dips inspired by the world of Hawkins and the Upside Down. The collaboration comes ahead of the show’s highly anticipated final season, which will premiere in three parts starting this November. As part of the launch, Doritos is introducing a line-up of themed products, including Cool Ranch x Stranger Pizza Doritos, a bold twist combining classic ranch flavour with pizza-inspired seasoning. Fans will also get to try Glow in the Dark Spicy Sweet Chilli Minis, a smaller, adventurous version of the iconic chips that literally light up under UV.

Perhaps the most eye-catching of all is the Black Garlic Dip, a gooey, dark blend designed to mirror the eerie atmosphere of the Upside Down. This dip will be available exclusively at Tesco stores in the UK. The partnership is designed to amplify excitement around Stranger Things Season 5, with Netflix and Doritos banking on fans engaging not only with the show, but also with its wider cultural footprint. Analysts suggest that such collaborations represent a growing trend in marketing, where food and beverage brands leverage entertainment tie-ins to drive sales and consumer buzz.

With Stranger Things preparing to bow out on December 31, 2025, this collaboration is expected to play a significant role in keeping the series top of mind. For fans, it offers a unique way to connect with the show—by snacking their way through Hawkins before the story reaches its conclusion.
